Kharkiv is grappling with another tragedy after a Russian missile strike hit the city center claiming the lives of four people in the early hours of Tuesday. In his brief statement, city mayor Ihor Terekhov revealed that the attack targeted the Osnovianskyi district, where a precision-guided bomb hit a private residential area.
The explosion destroyed two homes and damaged around 20 others. Rescue teams working at the scene have recovered the bodies of four people from the rubble.
