Parliamentary committee recommends improving draft law on mobilization

Co-chair of the ‘European Solidarity’ faction Iryna Herashchenko reported that the Social Policy Committee of the Verkhovna Rada unanimously adopted a decision on the government draft law on mobilization and recommended that the Committee on National Security and Defense finalize the government draft law taking into account alternative documents.

Herashchenko added that the Committee was also recommended to develop a separate bill on the demobilization of conscripts.

MP Oleksii Honcharenko clarified that the Committee made a decision on the government draft law on mobilization and recommended to improve the government draft law taking into account alternative draft laws and proposals of the Ministry of Social Policy.

Earlier, General Zaluzhnyi commented on the draft law suggested by the government.
