In his parliamentary speech, the former president of Ukraine and leader of the ‘European Solidarity’ party Petro Poroshenko called for the immediate creation of a temporary investigative commission regarding the construction of fortifications and the provision of drones to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Poroshenko reminded that on December 18, he expressed a firm position on the need for the immediate construction of fortifications.

‘The Parliament – this is its constitutional function – should create a temporary investigative commission to investigate and ensure the protection of soldiers, civilians and Ukrainian territory,’ the former president said.

He also stated that the Poroshenko Foundation provided 15,900 drones for the army, which is 10% of the FPV drones provided by the government.

Poroshenko stressed that the government must report on its work.
