In his speech at the Konrad Adenauer Foundation in Berlin, Petro Poroshenko presented a plan for the joint victory of Ukraine and the free world over the Russian Federation.

Leaders of the German Christian Democratic union, the International Democratic Union, and members of the European Parliament took part in the discussion.

Petro Poroshenko stated that Putin will not stop in Ukraine and, in case of Russia’s victory, will go to war against the countries of the European Union.

‘My main message today to the partners in Berlin: if Putin takes Ukraine, he will never stop. He is like a maniac who returns to the scene of the crime. Or as a vampire who has already tasted blood,’ Poroshenko stressed.

The plan of the former president of Ukraine includes several key points. The allies should support Ukraine as long as it takes and introduce new, even more powerful sanctions. Ukraine also needs financial support.

Another key point is Ukraine’s membership in the NATO and the European Union. Petro Poroshenko also stressed the importance of the democracy in Ukraine and counteracting corruption.
