In the evening of May 8, power outages are possible in all regions due to the overnight massive Russian attack on the energy system of Ukraine.
As earlier reported by the energy minister, the enemy troops again targeted the energy facilities in different regions of Ukraine.
Electricity disruptions were reported in Dnipro, Donetsk, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kyiv, Lviv, Mykolaiv, Poltava, Kharkiv, and Sumy regions.
The Ukrenergo company warns about possible scheduled outages all over Ukraine between 6 and 11 pm.
The reason is the capacity deficit in the Ukrainian grid due to the strikes on the generating facilities. The authorities also call on the population to consume electricity sparingly.
