Russia builds fortifications near the border with Chernihiv region

Vadym Mysnyk, the spokesman for the army command ‘North’, said that on the border with Chernihiv region, the Russian military is mining the territories and building fortifications.
He said that the Ukrainian command is keeping an eye on the movement of the Russian troops in Bryansk, Kursk, and Belgorod regions.
The invaders continue artillery attacks on the border areas of Chernihiv region and make attempts to send groups of saboteurs to the Ukrainian territory.
According to the press officer, the situation on the northern border is tense but fully controlled by the Ukrainian forces.
