Russia is expanding hostilities to exhaust the Ukrainian army, – General Syrskyi

The Russian military seeks to expand the geography of the hostilities as much as possible in order to exhaust the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Russia conducts active offensive actions in order to break through the Ukrainian defense in the Kupiank, Pokrovsk, Kurakhove, and Vremivka directions.

The commander-in-chief has been working on the Eastern Front for almost a week. He coordinates various groups that hold the defense in the most critical areas of the front.

Fierce battles continue in Hlyboke, Chasiv Yar, Staromayorske, Robotyno, Krynky and islands on the left bank of the Dnipro.

‘The enemies perfectly understand that as a result of the gradual arrival of a significant amount of weapons and military equipment from our partners, the arrival of the first F-16s, which will strengthen our air defense, time will play in our favor, and their chances of success will decrease,’ the General stated.
