Russian agent detained in Kyiv

The Security Service of Ukraine detained an FSB agent who provided Russians with information for a breakthrough in Kyiv’s defenses in 2022.
According to the investigation, during February-March 2022, the agent performed the task of identifying the locations of Ukrainian defenders who participated in the battles for Kyiv.
The enemy was interested in the strongholds and firing positions of the fighters of the Special Operations Center of the SBU on the outskirts of the city.
The detainee also spread Russian propaganda on social networks.
The SBU continues investigation into the case. The man may face life imprisonment under the article of high treason.
