South Korea provides Ukraine with $100 million – PM Denys Shmyhal

Ukraine has received $100 million in aid from South Korea, marking the first direct budgetary support from this key partner.

Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal announced that the funds will be directed toward supporting Ukraine’s social sector.

“This year, our governments signed an agreement enabling access to up to $2.1 billion. I am grateful to the Republic of Korea for its support of Ukraine during this full-scale war,” Shmyhal stated.
