Trust to Poroshenko increases, – poll results

According to the results of a survey by the Kyiv International Institute of Sociology, ex-presidential adviser Oleksii Arestovych lost the trust of Ukrainians the most – 11%, compared to 62% in 2022. At the same time, the trust in the leader of the ‘European Solidarity’ party Petro Poroshenko is growing.
As of December 2023, 27% of Ukrainians trust Poroshenko, compared to 16% as of May 2022.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky retains the highest level of trust – 77%, but the level of trust is decreasing compared to 2022 (90%).
There is a decrease in the trust of Ukrainians in Serhii Prytula – 69% (74% in 2022), the mayor of Kyiv Vitalii Klitschko – 52% (74% in 2022), and the head of the President’s office Andrii Yermak – 33% (43% in 2022).
In addition, fewer Ukrainians believe that things in Ukraine are developing in the right direction – 13% as of December 2023, compared to 32% in May 2022.
