In a bid to stengthen educational ties, Ukraine and Moldova are planning to sign an agreement that will ensure mutual recognition of educational documents like academic degrees and certificates, and teaching qualifications issued by both countries.
The deal was worked out during a recent visit of Ukranian officials to Moldova.
