Ukraine develops cooperation with German businesses to increase investment

The Ministry of Development of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure of Ukraine is deepening cooperation with German businesses to increase investments in reconstruction.
More than 40 representatives of German business joined the round table with the Ministry’s team.
The focus of the conversation is the participation of the German business in the reconstruction and modernization projects of Ukraine, ensuring transparency and accountability, and the use of digital tools.
‘We closely cooperate with the German government in matters of attracting German business, in particular, the insurance guarantee program for the safety of investments has been launched. At the same time, we are working on the development of public-private partnerships to support the economy and implement reconstruction projects,’ said Ukraine’s minister Oleksandr Kubrakov.
He also added that a few days ago a new stage of cooperation within the Business Advisory Group was launched. It is a platform for constant dialogue with private investors and local authorities to ensure better conditions for doing business and sustainable development of territories.
In addition, the Ministry of Infrastructure is currently working with the German side on preparations for the Ukraine Recovery Conference 2024 (URC2024).
