As a result of the surplus of electricity in the energy system of Ukraine, its surplus was transferred to Poland. A sudden decrease in electricity consumption and warming led to the surplus.

The daily maximum consumption on February 4 was lower by 5.5% compared to January 28. At 10:00 am Monday, the level of electricity consumption was 1.4% higher than the previous working day, which was Friday, February 2.

Repairs of two power units of thermal power plants are expected to be completed during the day.

During the night of February 5, electricity was exported to Moldova, while imports were planned for the whole day from Slovakia, Poland, Romania, and Moldova.
