Ukraine has destroyed more than 30 Russian warplanes this year

The Center for Strategic Communications of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said that during the first six months of 2024, the Ukrainian forces destroyed more than 30 Russian military aircraft.

The lisat includes nine Su-25, one Su-57, two MiG-31, thirteen Su-34, one Su-35, one Su-35S, two A-50, one Il-22M11, and one Tu- 22M3 warplanes.

‘The Armed Forces of Ukraine continue to effectively destroy Russian combat aircraft,’ the statement says.

According to the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, as of June 28, the Ukrainian military has destroyed 360 aircraft since the beginning of the full-scale invasion.
