The Ukrainian Ministry of Defense said it joined the forces with the General Staff to create a digital service to streamline transfers and reassignments of Ukrainian servicemen.  They are now conducting a survey on the “Army+” to have the soldiers’ feedback.

According to the Ministry, the new service will speed up transfers to “priority” military units. Deputy Minister for Digitalization, Kateryna Chernogorenko, said that soldiers will have a chance to apply for Change of Station which will eventually boost soldiers’ morale and performance.

“The Defense Forces need motivated personnel. We believe that allowing soldiers to transfer to a unit of their choice enhances their effectiveness. This improvement will help them serve where they’re most needed and reduce unnecessary bureaucracy,” said the deputy minister.
