Ukrainian army receives first batch of new Peklo missile-drones

On December 6, Ukraine’s president Volodymyr Zelensky announced that Ukraine’s troops have received the first batch of the advanced Peklo missile-drones that boast a range of up to 700 km and proved to be an effective tool during the five combat operations.

According to Herman Smetanin,  who leads the ministry of strategic industries, the Peklo has been developed by a Ukrainian manufacturer within just one year.

The missile-drones are now being put on the finishing touches as its developers want it to have enhanced protection against electronic warfare, better operational performance, and increased targeting accuracy.

“‘Peklo’ exemplifies the resilience and innovation of Ukrainian defense production. It’s not just a weapon but a dynamic system that evolves with every iteration,” Smetanin stressed in his statement on social media.
