Ukrainian prisoner of war Oleksandr Ishchenko, a driver for the “Azov” Brigade, has died in a detention center in Rostov-on-Don, Russia, according to Russian authorities.
The announcement was made during a session of the Southern District Military Court, which is handling the case of Ishchenko and 23 other members of the “Azov” Brigade.
