“Ukrenergo” brings back power cuts for industry and businesses

Ukraine’s grid operator, Ukrenergo, said that power shortages has made it re-introduce rotated power outages  industrial and business sector on Friday. Rolling blackouts will last on Thursday from 5 pm to 10 pm though this time it will not affect residential areas, critical infrastructure, and defense sites.

Ukrenergo urged consumers to  use electricity “wisely” from 4 pm to 11 pm.

It is worth noting that the power supply situation is getting better, and the toughest part of summer is likely over, according to Vladimir Kudritsky, Ukrenergo CEO>
