Ukrenergo increases consumption restrictions from 1 pm Friday

On June 21, the outage schedules are in force in all territory of Ukraine throughout the whole day. The restrictions will be increased starting from 1 pm.
The reason for this is a difficult situation in the Ukrainian grid after the latest Russian attacks on the energy facilities.
‘The reason is the difficult situation in the energy system after massive Russian attacks on energy facilities,’ the company explained.
Due to the massive damage after a series of attacks, the electricity production has significantly decreased in Ukraine compared to the pre-war level.
