The Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Rustem Umyerov, and the Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Colonel-General Oleksandr Syrskyi, had a telephone conversation with the US Secretary of Defense, Lloyd Austin.
