Zelensky and Syrskyi arrived in Donetsk region

On June 26, the president of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky, commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces Oleksandr Syrskyi and the new Commander of the Joint Forces General Andrii Hnatov arrived in Donetsk region.
The officials visited the positions of the Ukrainian military and medical personnel and thanked them for the defense of the country and saving lives.
‘I was glad to personally see and thank our 110th brigade and 47th. I thanked our combat medics who do the most important thing – stabilize and rescue the wounded,’ the president wrote.
Zelensky also held a meeting on the security and support of people, in particular, the provision of water to Ukrainians, social issues, evacuation and assistance for the restoration of housing.
The president also stressed that the government should pay more attention to the frontline areas.
