On February 21, the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy recorded a video address regarding the situation on the Polish-Ukrainian border and offered the President and the Prime Minister of Poland to come to the border to resolve the issue of blocking.

Zelensky stated that he instructed the government to be at the Polish-Ukrainian border in the near future, by February 24.

‘I am asking you, Donald, Mr. Prime Minister, to come to the border. Andrzej, Mr. President, I am asking you to support this dialogue. This is national security. We must not delay this. The coming days give us a chance to do that,’ Zelensky said.

He emphasized that he is also ready to be at the border together with the government.

In addition, President Zelensky addressed the European Commission and noted that it is necessary to preserve unity in Europe.

‘This is a fundamental interest of the European Union. Therefore, Ukraine appeals to the European Commission to have a representative of the European Commission participate in this meeting,’ he said.
