Civilian casualties after morning Russian strikes in Kharkiv region

On the morning of February 13, Russian troops twice opened fire in Kharkiv region, which led to the civilian casualties.
At 7:30 am, Russians hit an agricultural enterprise in the village of Kurylivka, Kupiansk district.Two civilian men were killed.
A civilian man and a woman received explosive injuries; their condition is assessed as moderate.
Around 11:00, the invaders shelled the central part of Vovchansk with artillery. One woman was killed and one wounded during the attack.
