The management of Centrenergo company assures that the Trypilska thermal power plant in Kyiv region, which was destroyed by Russian missiles on April 11, can be restored.

According to Andrii Hota, some of the ballistic missiles that the enemy attacked the TPP with were shot down, however, those that hit destroyed the thermal power plant. This happened due to the lack of missiles for the air defense.

Despite the destruction, the official assured, the Trypilska TPP can be restored. However, this will be possible only with the support of international partners.

He added that Centrenergo has already received several promises to provide the necessary equipment from European countries.

Regarding the expediency of restoring the TPP, according to Hota, if Ukraine does not receive enough missiles for air defense systems, then it will be in vain.

Yesterday, it was reported that Russia destroyed Trypilska power plant during the night missile attack.
