Canada to provide 450 SkyRanger drones in summer

Canada intends to begin the transfer of 450 SkyRanger multi-purpose unmanned aerial vehicles to Ukraine this summer, Ukraine’s Ministry of Defense confirmed.

This news became the subject of discussion at an extraordinary meeting of the Drone Coalition group.

At the meeting, Ukraine informed its partners about the situation on the battlefield and the urgent needs to repel enemy attacks.

Canada agreed to transfer 450 SkyRanger multi-purpose drones. Lithuania has decided to allocate 3 million euros for the production of FPV drones for Ukraine. The Netherlands has officially confirmed its plans to contract a batch of Heidrun RQ-35 drones for 200 million euros in cooperation with Denmark and Germany. Germany will also transfer VECTOR 211 reconnaissance drones.

To commemorate the third anniversary of the full-scale invasion, “Bukvy” has compiled data on the largest donors supporting the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
