Massive disruption hits Kyivstar: users report connection and Internet issues

Thing have been rough for the Kyivstar, the biggest mobile operator in Ukraine, as disruptions were reported several Ukrainian regions on Thusday.
People took to social media en masse with complaints about connectivity and internet problems. The issues span multiple areas, including Dnipropetrovsk, Cherkasy, Sumy, Kirovohrad, Poltava, Kropyvnytskyi, Chernihiv, and Zaporizhzhia regions.
In response to the mounting concerns, Kyivstar’s Instagram page assured that company support teams are actively addressing the situation. The company stated, “We are aware of the coverage issues affecting users at the moment. Our experts are already working to resolve the problem. We apologize for the temporary inconvenience.”
