As of January 19 morning, the level of electricity consumption decreased by 2.5%, there is no deficit in the energy system.

Today, Ukrenergo Dispatch Center predicts a decrease in consumption across the country.

On Thursday, January 18, the daily maximum consumption was recorded in the morning. It was 3% less than during peak hours on Wednesday.

The main reason for the decrease in consumption is warming. The end of the working week also affects the decrease in consumption. On weekends, consumption in the country traditionally decreases.

At the same time, the company still calls on the population to use electricity sparingly.
