Deputy defense minister Vitalii Polovenko, together with the member of the Anti-Corruption Council Hennadii Kryvosheya, conducted an unscheduled inspection of the warehouses of some military units.
The reason for this was the complaints of the military about the quality of food. During the inspection, it turned out that the products were delivered late, and their quality did not meet the standards.
‘We respond to the complaints of the military, so we came with an unplanned visit to the units,’ the deputy minister stated.
Currently, the Ministry of Defense has working groups that check the quality and timely delivery of products. According to the Deputy Minister of Defense, this issue is under strict control.
