Football player and former coach of the Ukrainian national football team Andrii Shevchenko became the new president of the Ukrainian Football Association.
On Thursday, January 25, at an extraordinary UAF Congress, the delegates unanimously voted for the appointment of Shevchenko.
It is noted that he was the only candidate for this position in the elections.
Earlier, Andrii Shevchenko became an adviser to president Zelensky. The legendary player is also the ambassador of the UNITED24 fundraising platform.
