Businessman Hrynkevych’s son detained in Odesa

On January 22, the law enforcement detained in Odesa Roman Hrynkevych, the son of Ihor Hrynkevych.

‘I want to inform you of important news. Everyone remembers the recent high-profile case in which a Lviv businessman and his accomplices were notified of suspicion of supplying to the Armed Forces poor-quality clothing worth one billion hryvnias,’ Prosecutor General said.

According to him, four suspects were already in custody, and the fifth was detained this morning in Odesa while trying to escape abroad.

The head of the State Bureau of Investigation Oleksii Sukhachov detailed that Hrynkevych junior was arrested at 7 am on Monday.

Earlier, the State Bureau of Investigation declared suspicion to Lviv businessman Ihor Hrynkevych and several other people.
