The State Bureau of Investigation has filed charges against the deputy chief physician of the Lviv Regional Medical-Social Expert Commission (MSEC) for allegedly concealing millions of hryvnias worth of assets in her 2023 income declaration.
According to Article 366-2 of Ukraine’s Criminal Code, authorities accuse her of false asset declaration. Investigation found that she failed todisclose property used by her family, including a rented garage and two luxury vehicles—a Mercedes-Benz GLE 300D Coupe and a BMW X5—with a combined value exceeding 5.9 million hryvnias.
The investigation is also examining her potential involvement in the scheme where local officials were granted disability certificates to dodge the military service.
