‘European Solidarity’ MP Iryna Friz sent a parliamentary request to the Security Service of Ukraine to give a legal assessment to the publications of MP Mariana Bezuhla, which may contain state secrets.

In her statement, Iryna Friz noted that Mariana Bezuhla published posts on Facebook about the size of the Ukrainian army and other information that may contain state secrets.

In particular, on December 14, 2023, Bezuhla wrote that there are about a million soldiers in the Defense Forces, and 300,000 are fighting at the front. On the same day, Bezuhla published another post about the national security and defense budget for 2024.

MP Friz thinks that such information may be used by Russia to achieve strategic goals during the planning and conduct of hostilities in the territory of Ukraine, as well as in general for the implementation of information and psychological operations by the special services of Russia.

Earlier, the ‘European Solidarity’ party initiated the dismissal of Mariana Bezuhla from the position of the deputy head of the parliamentary committee.
