Russian troops ramp up bombardments of a factory in Vovchansk after it was re-captured by Ukrainian troops, according to Vitaliy Sarantsev, Kharkiv Operational-Tactical Group spokesperson.
In his comments for Ukraine’s state TV, the colonel said that the situation in the Kharkiv regions remains tense, with the fiercest fighting centered around Vovchansk.
