On March 5, during the overnight UAV attack, Russian drones targeted the building of a recreational facility in Odesa.
According to the army command South, Russian UAVs were maneuvering over residential and industrial areas of Odesa and its suburbs. This posed a threat to civilians and made the work of the air defense more difficult.
The Ukrainian air defense managed to intercept and destroy 18 out of 22 enemy drones.
However, a recreation facility was hit with drones. There was also damage to the neighboring houses and buildings. No casualties have been reported.
