Ukraine tests its ballistic missile- Zelensky

On August 27, Ukraine’s president Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Ukraine has successfully tested its first ballistic missile.
Developed by the country’s defense industry, the new weapon marks a significant milestone in Ukraine’s efforts to enhance its military-industrial capabilities, said the president during a panel discussion at the “Ukraine 2024. Independence” forum, Zelensky.
“The test was successful. I had hesitated to announce this too early, but I am pleased to confirm that we have tested our first Ukrainian ballistic missile. Congratulations to our defense industry,” Zelenskyy said.
The Ukrainian leader refused to provide more details adding he just wanted to give credit to the “continuous efforts of those working in Ukraine’s defense sector”.
